I became a legacy donor to honor the memory of my fellow Jews who were tortured and slaughtered—only because of their faith—in a grotesque government-sponsored genocide and to ensure that their incredible life stories and the authentic history of the Holocaust will never die.
For the Holocaust Documentation & Education Center and the South Florida Community:
Florida is blessed to have the third largest population of survivors of the Holocaust. Their voices have left a powerful, lasting impression on thousands of students who have interacted with them and called the experience “life changing.” These authentic memories and the enduring lessons of the Holocaust, which are vital, relevant, and invaluable, can continue to be shared for generations to come because of the vision, passion, and generosity of our legacy donors.
